Can’t boot from USB device

I am using hp af006ax notebook. I had dual boot in my notebook Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. I deleted Windows 8.1 entry through System Configuration ,deleted the windows 8.1 partition, and set Windows 10 as default OS. Now whenever I try to boot from USB device it shows error code 0xc000000f saying that,’ Important device can’t be accessed.’

Please help me with this matter as I want to clean install Windows 10. Thank you.
