application unable to start correctly 0xc000007b

Please Help me, i download an application and it cannot be open. it says the "Application Error, The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) Click OK to close the Aplication".

So, i search how to fix this problem on Google and it say i need to Update DirectX, .Net Framework to the latest version, and Re-Install the Application, Run with Administration, I did it, but not fix the problem. :( I Already Ask in Facebook Grub, and did not find the way out. :( So what i need to do?? Please help me, so i came this far to Fix this problem, so please help me :(

I already have the latest version of direct X DirectX12 Image And I already instal the latest version Of .Net Framework Net Framework Image I already try to run with administration. But cannot fix this Problem AGAIN :'(
