Error occured when run Python.exe 32bit (0xc000007b)

When I'm trying to run Python.exe 32bit I'm getting this error:

I know it can be caused by undownloaded Visual C++ Runtimes but I downloaded them again. I tried to uninstall and install but nothing changed.

I will add that I've installed Python 64bit and it works.
