uninstall completely VirtualBox, delete any vbox* file in C:\Windows\system32\drivers\, delete any vbox* folders in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services, restart machine to be at safe side, reinstall virtualbox.

This should resolve the issue.
