IIS Windows Authentication missing in Windows 10 Pro

I have the same problem as here: iis windows authentication is missing at windows 10 (ASP.NET Visual Studio 2015) but ... then on Windows 10 PRO (so must be there). In my case the security part is completely empty.

The Windows part installer only show "security" with a checkbox.

• I tried to install dism /online /norestart /add-package:%SystemRoot%\servicing\Packages\Microsoft-Windows-IIS-WebServer-AddOn-2-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~nl-NL~10.0.17134.1.mum But this fail with an Package Error 0x80070002 Error 2, system cannot find the file (if it would work)
• I run all under elevated prompt but nogo no difference.

Any other hints?
