How to change the LOD BIAS during playing?

I have a nvidia graphics card and use nvidiainspector to change the lod bias value. would it be possible to change the bias value directly when playing the game? Like bind 2 buttons, eg F1 changes the bias value to 0x00000078, and F2 changes to 0? Is there a program that can do it? Or would it have to be programmed?
