System.UnauthorizedAccessException : Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

I have tried to delete the Temp files and after deleting website is working fine but after some interval of time same issue occurs. Temp folder has full permission in AppPool as well as in IIS.

We have setup a project with same configuration and code and that projects work fine but after some interval of time that project also throws same error.
