Error installing SQL Server 2014 from the command line: The system cannot find the file specified"

I'm trying to install SQL Server 2014 Express from the command line (no user interaction). In addition to the message above I get:

Error result: -2068119551 Result facility code: 1211 Result error code: 1.

I've googled that and found nothing.
