windows2016 asp.net mvc5

I want to install an asp.net mvc5 application on a brand new windows2016 server. ASPNET 4.6 and the .NET Extensibility 4.6 modules are installed on the server. Unfortunately I don't work. The error I received is this one. Can someone help me solving this problem:
