Windows Driver Deployment Error

When I deploy my driver, visual studio gives me the following error:

DriverTestTasks.dll": Unable to load DLL 'TE.Model.dll': The specified procedure could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007F).

The wdk on both machines are the same.
