Project Build compilation error in VS-2017

I am using VS 2017 and .net framework 3.5 While doing build i am getting error 

Severity    Code    Description Project File    Line    Suppression State
Error       compilation failed : '0x80070008'       vbc : Command line

Any solution? Thanks
