Camera not working inside Microsoft Mixed Reality Environment

I don't know if this the right forum to ask this kind of question. I am trying to create a camera see-through functionality using my webcam. But the camera app is not working inside the mixed-reality environment. I have tried the usual steps like:

1. Allowing the webcam to be used by 3rd party apps
2. Reinstalling/Updating the camera driver
3. Restarting/Rebooting the system

If any one has faced such an issue and has been able to solve it, please let me know.

The error code is 0xA00F4271 (0x80070057). I have tried my best to find a solution but still no progress. Any help is appreciated.
