System.IO.FileLoadException: Loading this assembly would produce a different grant set from other instances

I'm facing the following error here: System.IO.FileLoadException: Loading this assembly would produce a different grant set from other instances.

I am using Umbraco CMS which is build with .net. Whenever I try to install a package on the server it comes with that error followed by this one:

Error importing file --snip--\packages\e2b5202d-e2fb-4435-8f11-8266948219be.umb System.IO.FileLoadException: Loading this assembly would produce a different grant set from other instances. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131401)

I've never had this problem before and was able to install packages, it now gives this error at any package that I'm trying to install. I figured it might be a IIS problem? In case it's a database problem, the database is hosted on a microsoft azure server.

Has anyone seen this problem before and know how to fix it?

I had this problem too, but after days of searching I found the solution! Turns out in my case, If you have SCOM (Microsoft Server Monitoring Software) installed on the server, it somehow messes with the installation of Umbraco Packages. We uninstalled SCOM, and could install packages again!
