Getting an error with Visual Studio 2017 and wwahost.exe

I can't seem to deploy my game to an xbox. This error comes up.

The program '[5664] WWAHost.exe' has exited with code 1073807364 (0x40010004).

Working at this problem for a couple of days. I am totally at a loss.
