Web Scrapping (Unable to cast COM Object of type 'System._ComObject' to interface type mshtml.IHTMLDocument3)

I have automated a website here when i try to navigate to a web address then it is giving me a Error: Web Scrapping (Unable to cast COM Object of type 'System._ComObject' to interface type mshtml.IHTMLDocument3). This operation is failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM Component for the interface with ID'{3050F485-98B5-11CF-BB82-00AA00BDCE0B}' failed due to the following error: No such interface supported(Exception From HRESULT: 0x80004002 (E_INTERFACE)).

Can anyone please help me this i am not getting what is the actual problem, because it comes suddenly after 15-20 days. It is not regular!
