Visual Studio 2015 installation failure

I am trying to install Visual Studio Professional 2015 on my Windows 10 machine. Getting fatal errors causing abort of installation.

In Installation logs I see following error messages.

Error 0x80070643: Failed to install MSI package.
Error 0x80070643: Failed to execute MSI package.
Error 0x80070643: Failed to configure per-machine MSI package.

PS: I have VS 2013 already installed on this machine.
