I was upgrading to VS 2015 Update 3, but got errors. I uninstalled VS 2015, restarted my system, and tried to install VS 2015 without updates but I get (apparently) the same errors.
Anyone have an idea how to solve this issue?
PS: I'm not sure where to upload the log file, it has 1.6 MB.
07/26/2016 What I've tried so far (in order):
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-18
folder, reinstallBetween the steps, I always had to deinstall VS 2015 again because even though the setup failed (and always with the same errors above), it received an entry in the Installed Programs.

The error message looks like similar with this: Multiple Errors Installing Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition
TimVdG: The redistributable installer is messed up, it mixes up 64bit and 32bit dll's. You can check if you have this problem by looking at the vcruntime140.dll file size. Search your windows folder for "vcruntime140" you should see 4 files (64 and 32 bit in both release & debug versions). If any files have the same size, you need to run a repair on the redistributable.
