EntityFramework.SqlServer and EntityFramework.MicrosoftSqlServer are missing

I am trying to use Entity Framework with SQL Server. There are plenty of examples that are saying that I need to add EntityFramework.SqlServer package in order to get it working. However as I understood they renamed the package to EntityFramework.MicrosoftSqlServer. In my case I cannot find any of these packages. The only package that has EntityFramework and SqlServer names in it I found is EntityFramework.SqlServerCompact, but then I am getting following exception:
