Failed to attach the USB device in VM

Hi Im using ferdor in VB 4.1.14r77440 over windows 7 64bit.

I have connected usb, which is accessible in windows, where in VB Im unable to use it, while I tries to check the device through usb devices it throws the following error

Failed to attach the USB device JetFlash Mass Storage Device [0112] to the virtual machine Fedora.

USB device 'JetFlash Mass Storage Device' with UUID {e5e0f896-92ca-4ff9-bda2-ade6ad834071} is busy with a previous request. Please try again later.

There are a few things you may have to do, starting with installing the VM extension pack, and enabling the correct USB configuration under the 'Port' settings for your image.
