Android - garbage collector error on calling a handler recursively

I am trying to do a job continually. For this job, I am using handler and calling this handler recursively with a constant time interval. My code runs in Samsung Galaxy Note 2 with Android version 4.3, but not runs in Nexus 5 with Android version 4.4.2. I am stuck with this issue. I am putting the codes and error log please help. Have a good day. (I am being simplified the code, so you can analyze easily, but if you want, I can write all codes here.) (Also, I did not write all error log because of its size.)

I realize this problem occurs because the Nexus 5 I talked on, has the runtime of ART. The word 'ART' takes place in error log, moreover. I have changed to the runtime of Nexus 5 to Dalvik and the problem has disappeared. I think there is a bug in the current implementation of ART.
