It shows a thread has been killed (0x00012568), and this thread is mentioned in Thread 0. But how to identify the cause or which code is running by this thread.

This apear to be a crash report from a live app, not debug. Yn this case all symbols are stripped, hnce the relative offsets that refers to the v-table.

Go to the organizer where you have the archive of the app thst was submitted. You need that archive now. Import the crash log and resymbolicate. Then you know what method did cause the crash. Log doesnt show like a nil pointer exeption, more like a call to an object that hasnt the method implemented.
