robocopy error 5 access denied

Copying SQL backup files from one domain server to another non domain server through robocopy command but getting:

ERROR 5 (0x00000005) Creating Destination Directory access denied.

robocopy E:\Backup\FullBackups\ \\00.000.000.00\BackupCopy\FullBackups

any help or suggestion would be appreciated.
