2016 RD Gateway service restarting - Evet ID 700, Error code 3221225477

Oure Gateway service (on all farm servers) keeps restarting with following error:

Event ID: 700
„The following exception code "3221225477" occured in the RD Gateway server. The RD Gateway will be restarted. No user action is required.“

All connected users are disconnected as a reaction. I found some information about heavy load, but we are using oure gateways for a long time with this load (and no problem). Session count is about 150 on each server.

RD Gateway servers: Windows Server 2016

RD Session host servers: Windows Server 2012 R2

There is only a few information about this event on internet. Can anybody help with this problem? Thanks.
