We have a Remote Desktop Server environment with Windows Server 2012 R2 on a physical server (Lenovo ThinkServer TD350, with Dual Xeon E5-2640 v4, 96GB or RAM 6 network adapters and 4 SAS disks in RAID 10).
All drivers, firmwares and hardware status have been checked with the manufacturer directly
We have a total of 40 users connecting on the server, with a standard setup: Normal Windows 10 Professional computers, with Network Printer installed through GPO, connecting using a standard icon on their desktop (With standards that we implemented).
We are using Office 365 as our email provider. Our network link is a 200/100 Mbps link
Now on the RDP Server, we have some performance issues on the server where Outlook is often in the state of "Not Responding". We have tried the following:
