SQL Server 2014 Reporting Services failure

I have a server that is also a domain controller running 2012 R2. I have successfully installed SQL Server 2014 with native reporting services. However, when I go to the web server .../reportserver I get this:

An internal error occurred on the report server. See the error log for more details. (rsInternalError) Get Online Help The requested operation cannot be completed. The computer must be trusted for delegation and the current user account must be configured to allow delegation. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80090345)

I installed using the defaults

I'm also getting this event:

Report Server (MSSQLSERVER) cannot connect to the report server database.

and the database looks fine.

Workaround: To work around this problem, set the value of the ProtectionPolicy registry entry to 1 to enable local backup of the MasterKey instead of requiring a RWDC in the following registry subkey:
