Bare Metal Restore to different platform Blue Screens

I have a PE 2850 server with PERC 4 RAID controller running Windows Server 2008 R2 that I did a Full Metal Backup on and want to restore this to a PE R710 which has a PERC 6i RAID controller. I performed the backup of the 2850 and restored it to the R710 but can't get past the Blue Screen error. I am looking for assistance on the registry changes required for this to boot. I used the MS Windows server backup software to do the backup. I have been following the Technet blogs posted procedure. The boot error is a Blue Screen 0x0000007b. I am trying to replace 4 PE-2850 with 4 PE-R710.
