Task Scheduler - XML - Excel

Have reports automated in Task Scheduler and executes with XML and writes to Excel '14.

I'm getting error: The message filter indicated that the application is busy. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8001010A (RPC_E_SERVERCALL_RETRYLATER))

What can possibly be the issue?
