wmiprvse System.AccessViolationException filling up windows event logs

I have below 2 errors showing up in event logs every 30 minutes. Please help me to figure out the root cause.

Error1:

Windows Server 2019 running on Azure VM
There are no any pending windows update
Windows has not joined any domain
Windows has joined Azure AD and users use AAD account to login
Doesn't have any explicit web application
