Domain Controller SMB share half dead

-2

On my Windows Server 2016 Domain Controller I can reach the SMB shares in Windows Explorer via \localhost, \127.0.0.1 and \HOSTNAME but not via \192.168.10.2 and not via \domain.net

I tried disabling Windows Firewall but that didn't help. nslookup on domain name brings up that server's IP.

The request crashes by 0x80004005.

Due to this fault I can't join the AD and can't access that server's shares from anywhere.
