Unknown packets with 0x6a614b00 as their payloads in a SIP call traffic

During analyzing a SIP call traffic (pcap), I see some packets with 0x6a614b00 (4bytes) as their payloads and responses with 0x00000000 as their payloads. Does anyone know what are these packets sent and received by two SIP client?
