0x8FD00003: The device authentication has failed. Either the device has rejected the authentication or you rejected the authentication.^[1]
0x8FD00004: The time to finish the authentication has expired on the device.^[1]
0x8FD00005: The device has indicated that it cannot accept more incoming connections.^[1]
0x8FD00006: The device has indicated that the authentication is not allowed.^[1]
0x8FD00007: The Pnp-X Bus Enumerator service is disabled.^[1]
0x8FD00008: Windows does not have any network profiles for this device to use.^[1]
